The ABB KNX LED Dimming Actuator UD/S6.315.2.1 belongs to ABB’s current UD/S universal LED dimming actuator range. It sits on the DIN rail in the distribution board and takes its logic power from the KNX bus through an integrated bus coupler. As a result, it dims 6 channels of 230 V AC lighting.

What it does

• It offers 6 independent dimming channels, each rated up to 315 W/VA. You can also parallel outputs for higher-wattage loads on fewer channels.
• It supports trailing-edge and leading-edge dimming for LED, halogen and incandescent lamps, plus inductive and electronic transformers. In addition, automatic load-type detection switches off if needed.
• You can also operate every channel manually from the front panel. This works well during commissioning or a bus failure, and needs no ETS download.
• Each channel has its own neutral connection and a 2 W minimum load.
