ABB KNX LED Dimming Actuator 6-fold 210W

The UD/S6.210.2.1 is part of ABB’s current UD/S universal LED dimming actuator range. It sits on the DIN rail in the distribution board, takes its logic power from the KNX bus via an integrated bus coupler, and dims 6 230 V AC lighting channels.

What it does

• 6 independent dimming channels, each rated up to 210 W/VA, with outputs that can also be paralleled for higher-wattage loads on fewer channels.
• Supports trailing-edge and leading-edge dimming for LED, halogen and incandescent lamps and inductive/electronic transformers, with automatic load-type detection (can be switched off).
• Manual operation on the front, every channel can be driven by hand during commissioning or a bus failure, with no ETS download needed.
• Separate neutral connection per channel and a minimum load of 2 W per channel.

Where it fits

A 6-channel unit suits a larger apartment or villa floor sharing one distribution board. Because the KNX side is entirely software-defined, the same hardware covers LED, halogen and transformer-fed loads, you set the dimming curve and load type in ETS rather than choosing different hardware.
